Hargreaves Surveying specialise in the area of practice often referred to as 'Neighbourly Matters'.

  This includes Rights to Light & Daylight-Sunlight consultancy, the Party Wall etc. Act, access and oversail licences, advice pertaining to the Access to Neighbouring Land Act, and boundary disputes.

  For over ten years we have advised on a broad range of issues in the public and private sectors. We are often instructed as the Neighbourly Matters lead on projects which require all or a blend of the above services.

Operating out of our offices in London, we act up and down the country for developers and neighbours alike.

We have given numerous seminars on Rights of Light & Party Walls to a range of industry professionals, including solicitors, developers, architects, surveyors and planning consultants.
